Location: Awesome, you may travel to any point of Pattaya from here; one of the best shopping malls also there, Room: Room quality is excellent. Try to take a floor sea view room; you will get a sea view and pool view room. Breakfast: Awesome; food taste and variety is excellent. Staff behavior is also excellent.

Excellent location overlooking the seafront and beach, room with the bath on the balcony is incredible and the ultimate place to privately relax. Breakfast is a game changer. Such a broad selection and variety, with wonderfully attentive staff who are very happy to help. Have stayed in many different hotels for both business and vacation in Pattaya, and this is easily the best one.

The location could not be any better. It is conveniently located near all the oceanside restaurants and bars. Great attractions like the “Alcazar Cabaret show” were also within a short walking distance. Highly recommend the shopping mall below the hotel for shopping and fast food (also foreign exchange). The buffet breakfast is very good but could do with some day to day variation. Showers and swimming pool very nice. The concierge (both Ex and David were amazingly attentive and made a real effort to remember my name and good conversation with me and my family) which really elevated the experience of the hotel. The service of the rest of the staff at breakfast and during check-in and checkout was just as good. Overall 10 out of 10.

The Hilton Pattaya is truly outstanding in every way! Particularly noteworthy are the friendliness of the staff (Jet as a concierge is unbeatable—in my opinion, the face of Hilton), the amazing breakfast buffet, and the extremely comfortable rooms: I haven't slept as well at any hotel in Asia as I did at the Hilton! I thank all the staff for the wonderful stay, and I'm already looking forward to the next time 😊!

The room was modern, spacious, and had an amazing view. The hot tub on the private deck was a real highlight. We also loved the Executive Lounge and had dinner at the rooftop Horizon restaurant on our last night — great food and atmosphere. Service throughout the hotel was exceptional, from the front desk to the restaurant staff.

Hotel location is good, right above Central department store, is easily accessible to food and massage places. Overall hotel service is good. Horizon is good for drinks and fine dining. Private room for dinner with a minimum charge of 5,000 with an excellent view. Food is good. Breakfast is ok but would love to see more varieties of cheese and cold cuts like salami, sushi rolls are far too basic. Different smoothies everyday taste really good.
